Woman Sweeps Dirt Onto Fresh Concrete and Gets Arrested

The argument starts in a residential alley where a woman complains about concrete dust, dirt, work permits, and a truck she says is blocking her driveway. She says she has already asked the crew several times to clean the area.
During the argument, she tells the workers that she may call the city and ICE to check their legal status. She later calls police while continuing to complain about the construction work.
The biggest problem starts when she grabs a broom and sweeps loose dirt and debris from the alley directly onto freshly poured concrete. The crew tells her to stop and says the dirt is damaging the custom finish.

Police arrive and watch video recorded by the workers. The woman claims a worker attacked her and points to a mark on her hand. An officer says the video does not show an attack and also comments on her rubbing the dried mark while they are speaking.
The contractor asks to file a report for the damaged concrete and says replacing it could cost around $20,000. Police later arrest the woman.
The final part of the video shows the crew returning, removing the damaged work, and pouring the custom concrete again.
